Who We Are?
Bamboo Woodworks | What We Represent
Our Mission
Bamboo Woodworks is a custom furniture company Dubai families have used since 1985, trading as Abdulla Carpentry EST. We are a family business, and everything we make is built to the measurements of the room.
Because every piece is made to order, we build to the exact dimensions of your space. That covers beds, cabinets, doors and fitted storage.
Beyond furniture, our team also takes on residential and interior design, furniture repair, installation and assembly.
Our Core Values
If you want to know what we stand for, it comes down to three things.
First, we build to your measurements rather than to a catalogue size. Second, we make every piece in our own workshop in Ras Al Khor. Third, we install it ourselves, so one team answers for the finished result.
- Quality Products
- Customer Satisfaction
- Reliable Services
A custom furniture company Dubai families have used since 1985
Bamboo Woodworks began as the custom furniture side of Abdulla Carpentry EST, and we have worked with wood since 1985. The workshop is still family-run. It still builds to the measurements of the room, rather than to a standard size.
That approach suits Dubai apartments and villas. There, walls are rarely square, and storage has to fit around columns, air-conditioning units and windows.
What the workshop builds
Most of our work is fitted furniture and joinery. That covers wardrobes and walk-in storage, kitchen cabinets and pantry cupboards, and TV units and media walls. It also covers beds, dining tables, dressing tables and study desks, bathroom vanities, interior doors and staircases.
We also take on residential interior design, furniture repair and repainting. That includes the installation and assembly of pieces that arrive flat-packed. On the commercial side, we build reception counters and the joinery that goes into an office fit-out.
How a custom furniture company Dubai works with you
Three things have stayed the same since the beginning. First, we build to your measurements. That means a site visit or a careful set of drawings before anything is cut. Second, every piece is made in our own workshop in Ras Al Khor. Third, we install it ourselves, so one team answers for the finished result.
The finish matters as much as the shape, so we agree it before anything is cut. If you already have a material or a colour in mind, tell us at the start. We will work to it. Because the workshop is ours, an unusual shape or a one-off piece is workable rather than a problem. Our page on how it works sets out the steps in order.
Where a custom furniture company Dubai builds and installs
The workshop is in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, Dubai. We install across Dubai and the wider UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. We have completed work for both private homes and commercial premises. Our projects page shows what that has looked like in practice.
