Custom furniture projects Dubai residents asked us to build
The galleries on this page are our own work, photographed in the homes and premises we fitted. Most of it is made-to-order furniture. That covers wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, TV units and media walls. It also covers beds, dining tables, bathroom vanities, interior doors and staircases.
What the galleries show
The first two galleries run through recent work, and the third collects smaller pieces that did not fit a theme. Because the range is wide, look for a project close to your own. That is the fastest way to judge whether we can build what you have in mind.
Some of the pieces were one-offs. One customer brought us a design for a coin box and asked us to build it. Another was a custom door in ash wood, made to keep young children from falling down a staircase. A third was a fit-out at Global Village, which we built for a government client.

How a project runs from measurement to installation
Every project starts with measurements of the actual space. A made-to-order piece has to fit the room rather than a standard size. After that we agree the design and the quote. We set out those steps on the how it works page. Then we build the piece in our workshop in Ras Al Khor, and we install it ourselves.
Commercial work follows a similar sequence, although the drawings usually come from an architect or an interior designer. In that case we build to those drawings and coordinate the installation around the rest of the fit-out.

How a new brief begins
Since the range is wide, it also helps to know how a new brief begins. First, we measure the space and talk through what it has to do. Then we agree the design, the materials and the finish. Because the workshop is ours, we can adjust a detail late in the process without starting again. After that, we build the piece and install it ourselves.
