Bathroom Vanities in Dubai
Bathroom vanities are only as good as the cabinet underneath and the top fitted to it. We design, build and install both in our own workshop in Ras Al Khor, so the storage, the basin and the stone arrive as one piece made for your room.
Bathroom vanities we build
- Vanity units — wall-hung, freestanding and fitted, with soft-close drawers
- Vanity tops in quartz, marble, granite and solid surface
- Under-counter and integrated basins, cut and sealed to the top
- Mirror cabinets and tall storage to match the unit
- Double-basin vanities for family bathrooms
If the top is your main concern, our guide to bathroom vanity countertops in Dubai covers stone choice, edge profiles and basin cut-outs in detail.
Materials, and what actually lasts in Dubai
Quartz is the practical choice for bathroom vanities in a family bathroom. It does not need sealing, it resists staining, and it stands up to the humidity that makes timber swell. If you are choosing a basin to go with the top, the EPA WaterSense guide to bathrooms explains how to compare flow rates.
Marble looks better than anything else and will etch if you leave citrus or bleach on it. We seal it and we will tell you honestly whether it suits how you use the room.
Solid surface lets us mould the basin into the top with no visible joint, which is worth considering if you want an unbroken surface to wipe down.
For the cabinet itself we use marine-grade ply and moisture-resistant board rather than standard MDF, because a bathroom is the one room where the wrong board fails in a year. It is the part of bathroom vanities that nobody sees and the part that decides how long the unit lasts.
How a vanity gets made
- We visit and measure the room, including the waste and supply positions — not just the width.
- You choose the top, the basin, the finish and the internal layout.
- You get a fixed price before anything is cut.
- We build it in our workshop, then our own team fits it and leaves the room clean.
Typical lead time is four to six weeks from confirmed drawing. You can see finished work on our projects page, and the wider range on custom furniture in Dubai.
Bathroom vanities in Dubai: questions we get asked
It depends on the width, the material and the drawer configuration. A single wall-hung unit in quartz sits in a very different bracket from a double-basin vanity in book-matched marble. We give a fixed price after measuring, so there is no estimate that moves later.
Four to six weeks from a confirmed drawing, depending on the stone and the hardware.
Usually yes. Send a photograph of the room and a sample or the name of the tile, and we will match the finish as closely as the supplier allows.
Both. Most clients ask us to fit, and the same team that built the unit installs it.
Most villa bathrooms take a 1,200 to 1,800 mm double-basin unit, but the constraint is rarely the width. We measure the waste and supply positions, the door swing and the space the drawers need to pull out, then set the size from that. Apartment bathrooms usually work better with a wall-hung unit, which keeps the floor clear and makes the room feel larger.
