We solve that with a fitted media wall, a half-height console or a slatted screen that divides the space without closing it.
Majid Al Futtaim’s community management approves external changes. Pergolas, outdoor kitchens and garden rooms are common requests here because the plots are generous. We draw them to the community guidelines and the Dubai Building Code, and we supply the documents for the application. Internal joinery needs no approval at all.
