Custom Sofas & Upholstery in Dubai
A standard sofa has to fit every room, so it fits none of them properly. That is why we build custom sofas to your dimensions, and why we re-upholster good pieces rather than sending them to landfill.
Custom sofas designed for your room
Length, depth, seat height and back angle all change how a sofa feels. We build the frame in our own workshop, and then we shape the cushions to the comfort you want rather than to whatever the factory offers.
Awkward rooms are the ones custom seating solves best — a narrow majlis, a corner that no standard sofa reaches, or a long wall that needs an unbroken run.
Before we quote, it helps to know the length you have, the depth you can give up, the seat height you find comfortable, and how the piece will reach the room.
Re-upholstery for a piece worth keeping
A well-made frame outlives its fabric by decades. So we strip the piece back, re-web the seat, replace the foam, and re-cover it. Because the frame you already own is the saving, that costs far less than a replacement of the same quality.
Bring us the piece, or send photographs and the dimensions, and we will quote. If the frame is sound and only the finish has worn, furniture repainting in Dubai covers that.
What custom sofas cost
Size, frame construction, cushion specification and fabric grade all move the number. Fabric is usually the largest variable, because the range between an entry-level weave and a heavy upholstery cloth is wide.
Re-upholstery is priced differently from new seating, because the work is mostly labour — stripping, re-webbing, new foam and re-covering.
Related: majlis design and fit-out and furniture restoration.
Questions we get asked about custom sofas
Yes. We take the dimensions from the piece you have, and then we improve the parts that have worn out — usually the seat foam and the webbing, because those go first.
Either way. We can supply from the ranges we work with, or we will work with a fabric you have chosen yourself. Send us a sample and we will tell you how it is likely to wear.
Usually two to four weeks, counted from the day the piece reaches us and you have confirmed the fabric.
Send us the dimensions
Send us the length, the depth and a photograph of the room. If the piece is coming in for re-upholstery, a photograph of the frame with the covers off tells us more than anything else. From that we can give you an indicative price before anyone visits.
