Fit-Out in The Views
Fit-out in The Views is tower work with a golf course outside the window. The Emaar buildings, from Golf Towers and The Links to Travo, Turia and Una, hand over with standard kitchens and open wardrobes, so most owners add fitted wardrobes, a media wall and a better kitchen. We build all of it in our Ras Al Khor workshop and then install it inside the building’s permitted hours.
Because every tower has its own service lift and permit process, we check both at the survey before we draw anything.

Fit-out in The Views: every tower
The Views is a line of mid-rise towers along the Emirates Golf Club, each with its own management, loading bay and working hours. Because of that, we check the rules for your building before a single panel is cut.
Tower names follow Emaar’s plans. If yours is not listed, then send the building name and we will confirm the permit rules before you commit to anything. We also cover The Greens, Emirates Hills and Al Sufouh, and the full list is on areas we serve in Dubai.
What fit-out in The Views covers
Most of our work in The Views is one of six things, so here they are. Each one starts with a measured survey, because the lift, the corridor and the permit decide how every piece is built.

Full-height wardrobes built in lift-sized sections, with interiors planned around what you own rather than a standard layout. See also fitted wardrobes.

This is also the piece that gives an open-plan living room its focal point, so cables, ventilation and the soundbar are designed in. See also TV units and media walls.

Upgrade the handover kitchen with a larder, new fronts or a stone top, or otherwise rebuild the run entirely. See also kitchen makeovers.

Desks, shelving and storage walls for a home office, especially in the duplexes with a spare mezzanine. See also office renovation.

Entrance storage, a laundry cupboard and a pantry, because these are the spaces every apartment plan leaves bare. See also laundry and utility storage.

Moisture-resistant vanities with stone tops, because a bathroom is the hardest room on joinery. See also bathroom vanities.
How a fit-out runs, start to finish
Survey
We measure the apartment and check the service lift, the corridor and the loading bay, because tower access decides how every piece is built.
Drawings and permit
Before anything else, you receive the layout, the materials and finish samples. Then we prepare the method statement and trade documents that building management asks for, and the work follows the Dubai Building Code.
Fixed quotation
Priced line by line, so you can add or drop an element without renegotiating the whole job. Then nothing goes to the workshop until you sign it off.
Manufacture
Then we cut, assemble and finish everything in Ras Al Khor, in sections that fit the lift. As a result, the only noise on site comes from assembly and fixing.
Installation
Finally our fitters work inside the building’s permitted hours, protect the common areas and leave the apartment clean at the end of each day.
Materials and finishes for fit-out in The Views
Floor-to-ceiling glass facing the course is a demanding neighbour for any fit-out in The Views, so we keep the darker veneers away from the glass and seal every edge. Three options, however, cover most of the work we do here.
Walnut and oak veneer
- Best for
- Dressing rooms, libraries and especially media walls where the grain should read as one surface.
- Finish
- Book-matched across a run of doors, then sealed with a UV-stable lacquer.
- Watch for
- Sun through large glazing, so we keep the darker species away from the glass.
High-gloss and matt lacquer
- Best for
- Kitchens, wardrobes and above all handle-less fronts with push-to-open hardware.
- Finish
- Multiple coats sprayed in the workshop booth, then polished.
- Watch for
- Fingerprints on gloss, so we suggest matt or satin in family rooms.
Stone, brass and glass
- Best for
- Vanities, bar areas and display shelving, in other words where joinery meets other trades.
- Finish
- Stone tops, brass trims and glass shelves integrated with the timber, so one team answers for the whole piece.
- Watch for
- Weight and fixings, so we design the carcass for the stone before it is cut.
Fit-out detail
Finally, here are seven plates from recent work. Each one was drawn for a specific room, and that is the only reason any of them fit.

FAQs about fit-out in The Views
What does the tower need before you can start?
A work permit from building management, usually with a refundable deposit, plus our trade licence, insurance and a method statement. We prepare all of it, so you sign nothing until it is ready.
Will the wardrobe fit in the service lift?
Yes, because we design it that way. We measure the lift at the survey, build every unit in sections that fit, then assemble it in the bedroom.
Can you furnish a whole apartment for rental?
Yes, and we do it often for landlords. Wardrobes, beds, a media unit and entrance storage, in finishes that handle tenant use, under one fixed quotation.
How long does an apartment package take?
Three to five weeks from approved drawings, although it depends on the rooms. Installation then takes one to three days inside the building’s permitted hours.
Will veneer fade next to the big windows?
Untreated veneer will, sooner or later. So we apply a UV-resistant lacquer to pieces that face the glass, and we suggest lighter species where the sun is strongest.
What does it cost?
Every piece is priced separately, so you can compare like with like. Our fitted wardrobe cost guide gives current ranges per running metre.
