Renovation Services in Dubai

Our renovation services cover a single room, a whole villa or a working office. Because the joinery is made in our own Ras Al Khor workshop, it fits the room it was measured for. Meanwhile, the painting, gypsum, plumbing and electrical trades run under the same contract, so you deal with one team from survey to handover.

Renovate

How we work

Renovation services built around the joinery

In the end, most renovations are judged by the things you touch every day: cabinet doors, wardrobes, worktops and finishes. That is our trade, so we design those first. Then we plan the supporting work around them, from ceilings and paint to plumbing and power.

Working this way also keeps decisions in the right order. For example, the electrician knows where the cabinets go before cutting a socket, and the painter finishes after the joinery is fitted.

In practice, a renovation with us follows one programme:

  • one survey that covers every room and trade
  • one set of drawings and finish samples to approve
  • one itemised quotation, with exclusions stated
  • one point of contact through to the snag list

As a result, you do not have to coordinate separate companies, and nobody can blame another trade for a delay.

These services also run on their own, for example when you only need a ceiling repaired or a villa repainted. Similarly, our joinery pages cover wall panelling and interior doors.

Process

How our renovation services run

  1. Survey We measure, photograph and note the building’s access rules and approvals.
  2. Design Next, you approve drawings and choose finishes from physical samples.
  3. Quotation Each item is priced on its own, so you can add or remove parts.
  4. Workshop Meanwhile, we build the joinery in Ras Al Khor, away from your home.
  5. Site work First the trades prepare the rooms. Then our team fits the joinery.
  6. Handover Finally, we walk the work with you and return to close the snags.

Building work in Dubai follows the Dubai Building Code, alongside any rules your building or community sets.

Budget

What decides the cost of renovation services

We price every renovation from a survey, because the same room can need very different work. The main factors are:

  • the number of rooms and whether layouts change
  • cabinet materials and finishes
  • stone, tiles and fixtures
  • how much plumbing, electrical and gypsum work is involved

Access matters as well. For instance, a tower with limited working hours takes longer than a villa with open access. Similarly, older homes sometimes hide problems that only appear once walls or ceilings are opened.

That is why our quotation lists each item separately and states what is excluded. If you are comparing offers, our guide to comparing joinery quotations explains what to check. For a fuller picture, read our renovation cost guide.

Questions

Renovation services FAQs

Can you handle a renovation that needs several trades?

Yes. We make and fit the joinery ourselves. The painting, gypsum, tiling, plumbing and electrical work is carried out by long-standing subcontractors under our contract, so you have one point of contact.

Do you work outside Dubai?

Our workshop is in Dubai, and we install across the UAE, including Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. See areas we serve for more detail.

Can I renovate one room at a time?

Of course. Many clients start with a kitchen or a bathroom and continue later. In that case, we keep the drawings so the next room matches the first.

Do you handle building approvals?

Requirements depend on the building and the work, so we check them at the survey and prepare our part of any paperwork that the building or developer asks for.
