Ordinary MDF will not, which is why we do not use it there. Water-resistant MDF has a moisture-resistant resin and a waxed core, so it resists the humidity a laundry produces. We seal every cut edge too, because the exposed edge takes in water first.
Yes, and that is the usual job. We work to the appliance you already have and leave the services accessible. If you plan to replace the machine later, tell us and we build to the larger size.
We do. Open shelving costs less than a run of doors, and in a laundry it often works better because you can see the baskets. Send the sizes and a photograph for a quote.
Your eye line decides it. We set the most-used shelf at shoulder height, keep the top shelf for occasional items, and put heavy detergent at waist height.
Practical questions about fitting
We can. A laundry often needs a small sink and a folding surface above the machine. We cut for the sink and fit a quartz or compact laminate top, so the surface behind the tap is never bare board.
