Bespoke Bathroom Furniture in Dubai

Vanity units, tall storage, bench seating and mirror cabinets. We make each piece for the room it goes in, from boards that suit a wet room. Nothing comes flat-packed.

Bespoke bathroom furniture we make

  • Vanity units — wall-hung, floating and fitted, with soft-close drawers
  • Tall and wall-hung storage — cupboards that use the height a bathroom actually has
  • Mirror cabinets — made to the width of the run, with internal shelving
  • Bench and bath seating — slatted tops that take the splash
  • Laundry and utility units — for the rooms that never get a shop-bought answer

Most of our bathroom work begins as bespoke bathroom furniture rather than a unit bought from a showroom, because Dubai bathrooms are rarely a standard size. Long narrow runs, a low window, a soil stack in the wrong corner — all of it is easier to build around than to work against.

Made and fitted by the same team

We build every piece ourselves in our workshop in Ras Al Khor. Nothing is subcontracted, and nothing is ordered in to a standard size and trimmed to fit. That matters in a bathroom, where the measurements that decide whether a unit works are the ones taken on site rather than the ones in a catalogue.

The team that built the furniture fits it. If a door needs adjusting after six months, you call the same people who made it — not a fitter who has never seen the inside of the cabinet.

Materials for a bathroom, not a bedroom

The carcass decides how long a piece of bathroom furniture lasts, so we start there. We use marine-grade ply and moisture-resistant boards rather than standard MDF. A general-purpose board swells at the cut edges after a year of steam, and then the doors stop closing squarely. A moisture-resistant board keeps its shape.

On the front, we spray water-resistant lacquer in any colour you choose. Or we use a natural wood veneer and seal it. Both work in a bathroom when the edges are sealed properly. That last part is the bit most people skip.

We fit soft-close hinges and runners from Blum and Hettich. A bathroom drawer opens more often than almost any other drawer in the house, so the hardware matters.

How bespoke bathroom furniture gets made

  1. First, we visit and measure the room. That includes the waste and supply positions, the door swing and how far a drawer needs to pull out.
  2. Then you choose the layout, the finish and the internal storage. We agree a drawing.
  3. You get a fixed price before we cut anything, so no estimate moves later.
  4. We build it in our workshop in Ras Al Khor. The same team fits it and leaves the room clean.

Typical lead time is four to six weeks from a confirmed drawing, depending on the finish and the hardware. You can see finished work on our projects page.

Questions about bespoke bathroom furniture

We use solid wood for doors, frames and trim, and we seal every face including the edges. We would not use it for the carcass of a wet-room unit, because a moisture-resistant board performs better there and will not move. In a powder room, with far less steam, a solid wood or veneered unit is a reasonable choice.

That is most of what we do. Awkward spaces are the job: angled ceilings, window reveals, and the boxing around a soil pipe. We build the furniture around them instead of filling the gap with a panel. Send a photograph and the width you have, and we will tell you what fits.

Usually yes. Send the tile name or a sample and we will match the finish as closely as the supplier allows. Natural materials and older batches vary, so we compare samples before we cut anything.

Both. Most clients ask us to fit, and the same team that built the unit installs it and seals it.

Four to six weeks from a confirmed drawing, depending on the finish, the hardware and the workshop schedule. Once we have measured the site and you have confirmed the material, you get a date. If anything changes it, we tell you.
