Carpentry in Nad Al Sheba covers two very different homes. The older villas in NAS 1 to 4 are large, family-designed houses. The newer townhouses and villas in Nad Al Sheba Gardens are compact, modern and handed over almost empty. We design, build and then install for both, from our workshop five minutes away in Ras Al Khor.

Nad Al Sheba lies between Meydan and Ras Al Khor, which makes it our nearest residential district. NAS 1, 2, 3 and 4 are established neighbourhoods of private villas, many with a majlis, a large kitchen and a garden. Nad Al Sheba Gardens, built by Meraas, adds three to five bedroom townhouses and villas with modern open-plan layouts.
The briefs differ accordingly. In the established villas we build majlis panelling, double-run kitchens, dressing rooms and doors to match a house that has often been extended. In Nad Al Sheba Gardens the work is a handover package: full-height wardrobes, a pantry, a media wall and a study, all designed to the plan before the family moves in.
Private plots need no community approval for internal joinery. Nad Al Sheba Gardens is managed by Meraas, so external work there needs their approval and the Dubai Building Code applies. Either way, we supply the documents when a pergola or an external door is part of the job.

Materials and finishes for carpentry in Nad Al Sheba

Solid timber
