Good interiors start with the drawings, and most of our work in Dubai begins long before anything is cut. Because we both design and build, the concept and the finished room tend to match. We provide architectural design services in Dubai for villas, apartments and commercial interiors.
What our architectural design services cover
First, a project starts with a measured survey and a concept. In between, there is a lot of unglamorous coordination: ceiling heights, services and lighting.
We work on new villas, renovations and commercial interiors. If you already have an architect, we can work to their drawings and take responsibility for the joinery. So you keep your designer and gain a manufacturer.
From concept to completed interior
Drawings only become real when somebody builds them. Because we manufacture in our own workshop, we can test a detail before it reaches site. Then we install with our own fitting team. So the person who made the component answers for it.
We make every component to a drawing you approve. That is still unusual here. Design, manufacture and installation are often three separate companies.
Residential and commercial fit-out
Residential work covers kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, media walls and staircases. Commercial work is usually reception counters, office joinery and shopfitting.
Both follow the same process and the same materials. However, the specification differs. A reception counter needs a surface that will not mark. A wardrobe needs a finish you want to touch.
As a result, this overlaps with our custom woodwork and wall panelling. The commercial side is closest to our reception counters. We price both the same way.
