The villas share one thing, however: large windows facing the course. Direct sun fades timber and dries veneer, so we specify UV-resistant lacquers and we position fitted pieces away from the glass where we can. In addition, many owners want the joinery to frame the view rather than compete with it. For example, a low media console instead of a full wall, or a library with open shelving.
The community has its own management team and approves external work. Internal joinery needs no approval, but pergolas, outdoor kitchens and anything on the façade do. We have handled those applications before and supply the trade documents that go with them.

Will veneer fade next to the big windows?
Untreated veneer will, sooner or later. So we apply a UV-resistant lacquer to pieces that face the glass, and we suggest lighter species such as oak where the sun is strongest. We will show you a sample after a season in the sun, so you can judge for yourself.
Do I need community approval for internal work?
No. Internal joinery needs no approval. Pergolas, outdoor kitchens and external doors do, and the Dubai Building Code applies. We supply the drawings and trade documents for that application.
Can you work with my interior designer?
Yes. Send the drawings and finish schedule and we return shop drawings for approval. Where there is no designer, our design service prepares them with you.
How long does a dressing room take?
Six to eight weeks from approved drawings, because veneer matching and lacquer curing take time. Installation then takes three to five days, room by room.
Can you make a dining table to seat twelve?
