The areas we serve Dubai-wide all start from our workshop in Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 2, and our installation team works at confirmed locations across the city. Send the area, building or community name before you plan a visit or installation. We will confirm coverage directly rather than ask you to rely on a general list.
Because we measure, manufacture and fit our work, location affects more than travel. Building access, delivery routes, lift bookings, working hours and approval rules can change how a piece must be designed, transported and installed.
The areas we serve Dubai-wide
Coverage is confirmed per address rather than claimed from a blanket map, because two buildings a street apart can have completely different access rules.

Areas we serve Dubai: how we confirm coverage
Why location matters across the areas we serve Dubai
Villas and apartments can create different installation problems even when they are close to each other, which is why we measure every job rather than working from a standard drawing set. A villa may have a long wall that is visibly out of square. An apartment may require millimetre clearance around a bulkhead, sprinkler position or access panel. These conditions are checked during the free site measure.
Building rules vary. Some towers limit drilling or noisy work to certain hours. Deliveries may need a loading-bay booking, protective lift covering or advance approval. Parking and lift size can decide whether a large unit arrives assembled or is built in sections inside the room.
Tell us the building or community name early. It lets the team ask the right access questions before the installation date and avoids designing a piece that cannot travel through the available route.
Permits and Emaar communities
Bamboo Woodworks holds the permit required to work in Emaar-managed communities, so residents in those communities do not need to arrange that permit themselves. Building management may still require project details, access bookings or other site-specific information before work begins.
For properties outside Emaar management, Bamboo Woodworks does not handle permits or building approvals. The client should confirm the building's requirements and arrange any approval that applies. We can provide the agreed work details needed for the request.
Booking a site visit
- Send the area, building or community name and describe what you need made.
- Add photographs of the space and rough dimensions if they are available.
- We confirm service coverage and arrange a free site measure.
- At the visit, we check dimensions, services, access and known building restrictions.
- You receive a written specification and fixed quotation before materials are ordered.
If the project has a deadline, include it in the first message. Tell us the community even if you are unsure whether it falls inside the areas we serve Dubai-wide. We will compare it with the current workshop schedule and tell you whether it is achievable. No response time or installation date should be treated as confirmed until the project has been reviewed.

Yes. Much of the work is installed in occupied homes. The team protects nearby floors and surfaces, contains the work area and cleans the installation area at the end of the working period.
For Emaar-managed communities, Bamboo Woodworks holds the required permit. For other buildings and communities, the client is responsible for confirming and arranging the relevant permit or approval. Site-specific access bookings may still be required.
Availability depends on the current schedule and the location. If the project is urgent, include the required date in your message and we will tell you whether it can be met.
