Hallways are the hardest working and least generous space in a Dubai apartment. So we measure the run, check where the door swing lands, and then design to fit — tilt-out drawers for narrow entrance halls, deep pull-out trays for boots, and full-height sections where the wall allows it.
Because we build in our own workshop in Ras Al Khor, we can work to millimetres rather than to standard carcass sizes.

Ventilation matters more than most people expect. Shoes trap moisture, and a sealed cabinet in a humid climate begins to smell. So we build in discreet vents and use finishes that tolerate damp.
We also choose hardware by use: soft-close runners for the drawers you open daily, and a finish that wipes clean rather than stains.

Size, the number and type of drawers, and the finish. For example, a single tilt-out unit and a full-height fitted wall differ in both materials and labour.
